Quotes including preliminary quotes are valid for 30 days (unless otherwise specified) from the date quoted. If the customer accepts the quote past the 30 days, the quote may be subject to price and/or lead time increases.

Preliminary quote is a quote priced, prior to a site visit, this can be achieved from customer supplied measurements or pictures.

1. A minimum 50% deposit of the total amount quoted/invoiced is required to commence work.

2. Lead times are approximates only and are subject to change.

3. If the customer requests to cancel their order after the material has been cut or specifically ordered in, the customer agrees to forfeit their 50% deposit of the total price of the invoice plus the cost of labour spent on works.

4. Boony’s Screens will not be held accountable for delays to the completion of works or availability of materials due to circumstances out of their control, i.e. Severe Weather Conditions, Transport Strikes, Worker/Factory Disputes, Delays from Manufactures, Pandemic Shortages, Loss of Stock, etc.

5 A Call-Out Fee of $120 may apply to the customer if it is to repair/replace hardware on doors or screens outside of the Scope of Warranty for Crimsafe Products and/or later then a period of 1 year since the door or screen was fitted to the customers property.

6. Boonys Screens has the right to refuse business to any customer/organization who acts in an abusive manner towards our staff.

7. This quote/invoice is subject to corrections for clerical errors.

8. Full payment of invoice must be paid within 7 days after the job has been installed/completed and the invoice received. Failure to pay within the time frame may result in a 10% late surcharge fee at our discretion.

09. All real estate agency work orders must have the minimum deposit paid before work commences.

10. All products remain the property of Metze Fabrications Pty Ltd (Boony’s Screens) until full payment is made.

11. Payment via Cheque will incur an additional $15 processing fee.
